Anuj shares a heartfelt goodbye with choti Anu (CA) before she departs for the Shah house. Ankush reassures him that Kavya will look after CA. Meanwhile, Barkha confides in Adhik her concerns about Anuj returning to work and uncovering their financial irregularities. Pakhi overhears this conversation and confronts them for their deceitful actions. Adhik, in an attempt to silence her, warns Pakhi that exposing them could further distress Anuj.
At the Shah house, CA enjoys playing with Pari. However, Leela and Dimpy express concern about CA's safety, fearing Anuj's reaction if anything happens to her at their home. They suggest that CA should return to Anuj soon. Kavya, meanwhile, is seen preparing a cake for CA, expressing her desire to be a motherly figure to her, although she acknowledges she can't replace Anupama.
The situation takes a worrying turn when Toshu reports that CA is missing from the house. This news deeply disturbs everyone, especially Anuj, who receives a message about CA's disappearance. Anuj, along with the Shahs, is stunned to discover that CA has ended up back at the orphanage where Anupama is singing her a lullaby.
In the final scene, Anupama, feeling weak, collapses into Anuj's arms, asking him to take her home.
