Jasleen tells her family that she has seen the world but hasn’t encountered a mannerless and stubborn daughter-in-law like Sahiba. She feels lucky that Seerat, in contrast, is more sensible than Sahiba, as she was trying to make her sister understand. Prabjyoth suggests they should admire Sahiba’s courage, but Hansraj argues that what Sahiba exhibits is arrogance, not courage. Kiara comments that Sahiba is unnecessarily arrogant and wonders how much she earns from her art shop. Nearby, Angad overhears the conversation.
Japjyoth inquires what Aakal discussed with Angad regarding Sahiba. Angad replies that he will talk to her later as he is getting late for work. Seerat tells him that he must be stressed because of Sahiba, but assures him that she is there to handle Sahiba. Garry joins them, saying he will accompany Angad to their office. Jasleen remarks that both brothers will work together, and Seerat offers to bring lunch for them. Prabjyoth notes that Seerat is more sensible than Sahiba.
Sahiba tells Ajith that she feels responsible for his tension, as he didn’t open his food cart today because of her. Ajith insists it’s he who put her under pressure by burdening her with his loan. Sahiba expresses her dedication to her shop and her plan to work hard there to pay off his loan. Meanwhile, a man approaches Sahiba with an interest in buying her shop, but she firmly states that it’s not for sale. During lunch, Seerat confronts Garry about his mistreatment of her. Garry suggests they keep personal issues private and says he needs time to normalize. Seerat proposes starting afresh, but Garry feels pressured and asks her to enjoy her status as the perfect Brar daughter-in-law without bothering him. Another man informs Sahiba that his client wants to open a departmental store where her shop is located, and offers 25 lakhs for it, but Sahiba refuses to sell.
Seerat brings lunch for Angad, who is surprised she didn’t send it with someone else. Seerat explains she had tried calling, but when he didn’t respond, she decided to bring it herself. Angad thanks her and agrees to eat. As he recalls Sahiba serving him food, he inquires about Garry’s treatment of Seerat. She assures him it's fine. Angad expresses his desire for Garry to take good care of her. Seerat questions if Angad will keep his promise to look after her, but he points out that with Garry’s care, he doesn’t need to. He awkwardly asks Seerat not to bring him lunch, making her wonder how he would feel if Sahiba brought lunch for Garry. She thanks him for helping her get her life back on track. Garry, passing by and seeing them chatting, grows suspicious. Angad, needing to attend to work, asks Seerat to leave.
A man informs Angad that Sahiba refused his offer for her shop. Angad, puzzled by Sahiba's lack of interest in the offer, asks his assistant not to transfer any calls as he’s expecting an important client. Seerat, entering to retrieve her phone, mentions she’s going to her parents’ house. Angad offers to drop her on the way as he and Garry have a meeting. Sahiba discusses with Ajith the man's offer for his shop. Ajith declares he won’t burden her and chooses her and her shop over the offer. Sahiba questions his faith in her and her art, expressing her desire to try and leave the outcome to God.
Seerat smiles during the car ride with Angad. She recalls when Angad had asked her out, bringing flowers and chocolates. Angad explains such gifts are typical for dates. Seerat, laughing, remarks how times have changed since then. Angad apologizes, but Seerat feels she should be the one apologizing, having only now understood the value of such gestures. They listen to the song "Koi Faryaad Tere Dil Mein Dabi Hai Jaise" on the FM. Angad’s aide returns, increasing the offer for Sahiba’s shop to 28 lakhs. Sahiba, however, values time more than money and rejects the offer, stating that one shouldn’t get too attached to their house or shop.
